I thought they was very helpful very courteous they was able to fix my old phone in a very timely matter it may have taken them a day or two but having to order parts and actually getting something done a special part order and my phone repaired considering the way FedEx and other carriers and working now they had my data recovered and phone fixed a very great and professional job done

My cell phone screen fell off but phone was still working. I could of reglued it myself but was afraid I would glue my camera or something. I felt better having a professional do it and they were willing to reglue it for me even tho it wasnt a normal thing to do.( instead of replacing whole screen itself) Price was reasonable,technician explained things to me and I was in & out of store within 30 mins. Definitely will be back!! :)

Helped me when couldnt fix the issue and I had warranty didnt even charge me and wasnt going to even charge me if resetting the phone had worked. so if need phone repaired Id much rather pay someone that does those small things for others at no charge. shows character of a person and what matters most to him is obviously helping u to get phone repaired.

I would highly recommend if anyone needs phone or iPad repairs! I shattered my screen on my iPad, and they did a great job replacing my screen. It didn't take long for them to finish either. I dropped my iPad off on a Saturday and they called on Monday to tell me it was finished. Also the staff was very nice and helpful! Definitely will use again if I every need repairs again.

Took my wifes iPhone in for the dreaded sticky screen disease. That was mid day this Wednesday. They had it ready the next morning and the cost of repair was also reasonably priced as well. Its not the first time I have used their services nor will it be the last if needed in the future. The receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable and took all safety precautions as we are going through this awful pandemic. Courteous, fast turn around and repair pricing thats very fair. Ive found them to be honest with me and appreciative of my business every time. Ive known Loren and Sandra (the owners) for many years now and find them to be respectable in every sense. The only complaint I had was they took longer than expected. A 30 minute repair took almost 2 hours. More than likely because the person working on my phone decided to take a lunch after taking it apart. He also cracked the back of my phone, however they did give me a very nice leather skin to cover the back. Overall pleased though

My husband purchased me an iPhone XR from here today. It's in AMAZING. Customer service has always been great here, but today it was above anything I ever expected! With the pandemic things are hard right now, but Briana pulled down any case I asked for to help me pick one out. The owners Sandra and Loren are the best! The people working there are great and they go out of their way to help with any problems youre having. Ive had them do different repairs on both my kids phones a couple times and the work was great and never had any problems. Prices arent bad either. I highly recommended them and will continue to use them for all my phone repairs

Very professional, sent me updates along the way on repair via email. Then called and left me a voice message stating it was ready. Bought a defender otter box and they were very knowledgeable about the differences between a regular case and why otter box would be best. Smiled and told me to have a good day. Rare in today's retail world. Sad to say but it is true. I'll definitely use this business again.

Im sorry but y'all ripped me off. I brought my Xbox one in for an HDMI repair and it worked greatly for a few months. Now I'm back to where it doesn't turn on. The mother board doesn't respond to the Xbox Turning on and my hdmi port is broken yet again. I will not come here again.

Took in my iPhone 5 for screen issues. Was initially quoted $55 over the phone to repair. After 2 weeks and multiple calls I was told $165 . I reluctantly agreed when I was told I would have a fully reconditioned phone.Phone had lines in the screen 5 days later (same issue) . Another week in for warranty repair and they said I could have a $25 credit toward another used phone. I said NO .Got totally taken !!BEWARE

Had a battery put on my iPod and they messed up the screen so took it somewhere els and had screen replaced to know that when the battery was replaced the motherboard was over heated every screen now has permanently lines down the screen when you told me that you might jack up the screen I should have took to it somewhere els then cuz you don't know how to fix without breaking something else

Ive recently took my sons phone to the phone doctor bc of water damage. I told them from the beginning that it was water damage and its been over 2 weeks since it happened. They told me they had to do a water test and that would cost 20 dollars up front. OK thats one time they charged me taxes for it. They called me back and said the screen was damaged and I would have to pay up front for the screen which was 140 dollars and when I got up there to pay for it, it jumped up to 160 dollars and of course I was charged taxes again. The screen came in and they tested it and everything worked except the rotation of the screen. OK I owed for labor and a new battery and was charged taxes again. So why does someone have to pay taxes 3 times on 1 phone. I just dont think they should be able to charge taxes 3 times.
